Mindfulness Meditation for Building Stress Resilience and Social-Emotional Awareness

Begin the new year with this workshop aiming to introduce practical mindfulness meditation routines for students of all ages, as well as for use as teacher self-care. The research-based tools presented are designed to build stress resilience, develop social-emotional awareness, and help individuals better navigate uncertainty and change. Consider the role of mindful meditation routines, integrated into classroom practice, to support students during the COVID-19 era.
